I believe birth is not just a physical event - it’s a sacred, life-changing moment that shapes families for years to come. Every woman deserves to feel safe, respected, and deeply supported during her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

Hi, I’m Ashley, a doula serving families in Greater Spokane and North Idaho. My calling into birth work grew from a deep desire to walk alongside women in one of the most vulnerable and transformative times of life. As a Christian, I see each mother and baby as uniquely created and worthy of tender care, but I joyfully serve families of all faiths and backgrounds. My approach blends compassionate presence, evidence-based guidance, and an unwavering belief that you deserve to feel empowered in every decision you make for your body and your baby.

My own experiences of pregnancy and motherhood showed me how much difference it makes to have someone in your corner - someone who listens without judgment, holds space for your emotions, and supports the choices that feel right for you. Whether you envision a quiet home birth, a hospital delivery, or something in between, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and never alone.

In addition to serving families, I am honored to serve as a doula trainer with The Elite Doula & Co. Training Academy, where I help equip and mentor the next generation of birth professionals.  Teaching and training other doulas allows me to stay deeply engaged in best practices, ongoing education, and leadership within the birth community.  ​​

From hands-on comfort measures and advocacy in the birth space, to postpartum support with feeding, recovery, and newborn care, I’m here to make your transition into parenthood smoother and more joyful.

In addition to one-on-one client care, I am the co-founder of Aligned Motherhood monthly gathering for mothers - a thoughtfully curated space for education, connection, encouragement, and meaningful conversation in the midst of motherhood. These gatherings reflect my belief that support should not end at birth, but continue as women grow into their calling as mothers.
