Aligned Motherhood

Meeting the 2nd Thursday of the month and Quarterly on Saturday from 9:30-11am in Post Falls

IMG_0778.PNG

Presented by Atlas Aligned Upper Cervical Chiropractic and Blessed Beginnings Doula Care, Aligned Motherhood is a gathering for mothers who want to live in alignment with their values and intentions. Designed like an in-person podcast, each experience centers on honest conversation, shared wisdom, and thoughtful dialogue that leaves you feeling seen, informed, and empowered.

Every month features a new guest speaker who will share insight, expertise, and real-life perspective on topics local moms want to learn about. Think pelvic floor therapy, pregnancy after loss, postnatal depletion, cycle awareness, breastfeeding, and more. We'll even cover controversial topics like snips and pokes.  These conversations are shaped by the community—what you’re curious about, what you’re navigating, and what feels relevant in this season.

Aligned Motherhood is a space to slow down, connect deeply, ask questions, and gather practical tools you can take home with you. You’ll walk away feeling more grounded in your identity, more supported in your choices, and more confident in the mother you are becoming.

We meet the 2nd Thursday of the month and quarterly on a Saturday from 9:30-11am at Atlas Aligned Upper Cervical Chiropractic in Post Falls, ID.

Once you sign up, you'll receive text and email reminders for the events. Snacks and drinks are provided! Children are welcome to join, as needed.

Looking forward to seeing you soon!
